This Human Resources Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) System outlines the required standards, policies, and procedures for all staff members at S.I. Consultants. This system provides structure, clarity, accountability, and professionalism across the entire organization.

As a member of our team, you are now part of a professional consulting firm built on structure, accountability, and results. Our role is to support businesses through strategic marketing, advertising systems, backend automation, and operational consulting — and every team member plays a critical part in delivering that standard.

At S.I. Consultants,
WE operate with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication. We value preparation, follow-through, and respect for both our clients and one another. This training will guide you through our systems, expectations, and workflows to ensure consistency and success across the firm.
All employees must uphold:
- Professional communication
- Respect toward all clients and team members
- Honesty and integrity
- Confidentiality of company information
- No harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior
- No unauthorized sharing of documents or internal data
- Proper use of company portals and CRM

3. STANDARD PROCEDURES

Misconduct may result in corrective action or termination.
Daily Procedure:

1. Log into CRM

2. Review pending tasks 

3. Complete follow-ups

4. Attend team meeting (if scheduled) 

5. Begin daily prospecting & calls 

6. Log all CRM updates before moving tasks 


Sales Procedure:

1. COLD REVIEW → ASSURANCE → SECURE → HANDOFF

2. Log call notes immediately 
3. Submit complete deal information

4. ATTENDANCE POLICY
​
- All employees must attend weekly training 

- Repeated missed meetings will result in corrective action 

- All schedule conflicts must be communicated 24 hours in advance
- Excessive absenteeism may affect commission eligibility.
4 A. TIME-OFF & REQUESTS
Time off must be requested at least 72 hours in advance 
Emergency absences must be communicated as soon as possible 
 Time-off may not be approved during peak sales weeks

Repeated last-minute absences may result in corrective action

5. COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS
​-All communication must be professional and respectful 

-All responses should be sent within 24 hours 

-Team channels must be used appropriately 

-No unapproved group messages to clients 

-All updates must be sent to leadership as instructed

Immediate termination may occur for:
- Theft 
- Fraud 
- Harassment 
- Discrimination 
- Falsifying documents

At S.I. Consultants, we build structured professionals, not temporary salespeople. This system is designed to create predictable income, leadership development, and long-term business ownership opportunities. If you follow the system exactly, success is not optional — it is expected.
9:00 – 10:00 AM → Phone Zone (calls, follow-ups, confirmations) 10:00 – 2:00 PM → Territory (business visits, discovery conversations)
2:00 – 4:00 PM → Follow-ups + CRM logging
4:00 – 6:00 PM → Closings, proposals, alignment calls Saturday (Optional Power Day): • Pipeline cleanup • High-value follow-ups • Closing conversations
